Diesel Concrete Stationary Pump operation and attention

Concrete Stationary Pump, as well known as Trailer concrete pump, it was installed of pump parts, hydraulic system and diesel engine power. It was the machine by high pressure transport concrete along the pipeline continuously, which was mainly used for the the community construction, Bridges project and tunnel building. It was mainly divided into diesel fuel concrete pump and electric motor concrete pump.

How to use the Concrete Stationary Pump

1) Put the Concrete Stationary Pump on the solid as well as flat ground, it was supporting by the steel legs.

2) check electric control system power is normal, make the switch buttons and set of all parts  in working condition, the concrete delivery pipe jointed tightly and sealed and the pipe clips firmly. If you connect the vertical pipe, no less than 8 meters in front of the horizontal pipe.

3) When the work finished, disassembly and clean the pipeline, the back-pumping method need to remove the pressure of the delivering pipes, please don’t remove hopper griddle and other safety parts during the machine operation. And the workers not allowed to climb or ride the delivery pipeline, don’t put your hands into the valve hopper, do not remove any pipes when working.

4) Please don’t forget to clean the pipe, the operator discharge the pipes and elbows. When cleaning the pipe by the water, no one be allowed in the front of 10 meters at least.

7) after cleaning the pipe, hydraulic system, stop pumping function and return all the control switches to the original position.
